Where else would I go in summer 2018 but back to one of my all-time favorite places – The Bahamas!
Starting off the hottest season of the year with a trip to the Caribbean was a great way to kick off the summer.
Spending our days mostly in the Atlantis waterpark, I only had early mornings and evenings to spend with my camera, but what perfect weather, lighting and ocean views I had.
These photos were taken on the gorgeous calm mornings just outside my oceanside villa and down the beach.

Adventuring around the resort grounds, there was no shortage of serene scenes. The photo directly below features the outdoor view of the largest casino in the Caribbean beyond an ocean-fed lagoon filled with tropical fish and sting rays.
The photo above was actually taken in the waterpark – it depicts the entrance to The Current (a crazy river ride with rapids and huge waves)! 😛
